Lofi Dance Theory
Since the beginning of her career 15 years ago, as an interpret and/or choreographer, Lauri-Ann performed with reknown artists and travel across Canada, United-States, Europe, Asia and North Africa. She was involved in repertoires shows such as “Vives Nos Divas” with Cirque du Soleil and “Saturday Night Fever” first produced in Paris. Lauri-Ann appeared in music videos with Halfmoon Run (lead girl), Braids, Apashe amongst others. Now attracted by movement conception, she associates with directors such as Laurence “Baz” Morais and Adrian Villagomez to implement images for a few projects; Jean-Michel Blais “Passepieds”(Nowness pick), “Le show Blizzard signé Coeur de Pirate”, “Love Brand new” by Bob Moses to name a few. Lauri-Ann is now a member of the contemporary dance company “LofiDance Theory” led by Wynn Holmes. Navigating through different disciplines, finding meaning through creating powerful imagery with versatile movements.
