Biography

Luca 'Lazylegz' Patuelli is a world-renowned dancer, speaker and is known for being the Founder and Artistic Director of ILL-Abilities™crew, an international Breakin’ (Breakdance) crew composed of 9 members from around the world, that redefine disability through dance and performing arts. For over 20 years, Luca has shared his message "No Excuses, No Limits," inspiring and helping individuals of all abilities to overcome adversity and embrace their unique strengths. His inspirational multilingual presentations focus on resilience, creativity, and the power of a positive mindset. Luca has performed at the Paris 2024 Olympics and Paralympics, the Invictus Games, PanAm 2015 and the Vancouver 2010 opening ceremonies. He has also competed on Revolution, So You Think You Can Dance, and America’s Got Talent, he also made special appearances on the Today Show, The Ellen show and many more. He has collaborated with organizations such as Cirque du Soleil, Air Canada, TD Bank, and the Government of Canada. His work has earned him prestigious awards, including the Jacqueline Lemieux Award for outstanding achievement in dance and a Meritorious Service Medal from the Governor General of Canada.
