Boston Gallacher

Biography

My name is Boston Gallacher and I am from Glasgow in Scotland. I'm named after my grandfather, who was named after his father and so on. I worked for 7 years at Nederlands Dans Theater, where I had the pleasure of creating 20 world premieres, with Yoann Bourgeois, Damien Jalet, Imre and Marne van Opstal and Marina Mascarell to name a few, alongside making my own choreographic and video work. I have danced for Issey Miyake at Paris fashion week and filmed multiple music videos for Joep Beving and The Editors, working with Rahi Rezvani. Another highlight is shooting with Jack Davidson for M Le Monde magazine. I also have experience in commercial shoots, such as an Amsterdam Dance Event with Desperados advert and a commercial campaign shoot for fashion brand DRYKORN. As well as dancing for French techno event HEADBUTT and teaching workshops in improvisation globally.
