Biography

Mar Undag, born in the islands of the Philippines, is a movement artist, choreographer, and educator who received his BFA in Modern Dance from University of Utah and currently based in Brooklyn, NY. He teaches Dance Church and freelances as a dancer, choreographer, and teacher(dance and yoga) independently. Mar has had the opportunity to perform in works by various artists and dance companies including Salt Contemporary Dance, Polaris Dance Theater, Repertory Dance Theater, Shaun Keylock Company, Cat + Fish Dances, and Matthew Westerby Company. His current interests lie in long-form durational and improvisational practices.
