Biography
Nicholas LaMaina, originally from South Florida, is based in New York City and a graduate of The Juilliard School. Nick is currently working as a freelance dancer, choreographer, model, and dance/pilates teacher. He has notably worked on projects with S-E-D, Sharon Eyal, and GALLIM, Andrea Miller. Nick has also performed works by William Forsythe, Billy Barry and Ohad Naharin, Bobbi Jene Smith and Or Schraiber, Jermaine Spivey, Johannes Weiland, Studio Wayne Mcgregor and Antoine Vereecken, Camille A. Brown, Yue Yin, and Annamari Keskinen and Ryan Mason. Nick has attended dance programs at Nederlands Dans Theater, Suzanne Dellal Center (GagaLab), The School at Jacob’s Pillow, b12 Festival, and Orsolina28, among others. He is also an Alum of The National YoungArts Foundation (Finalist Modern/Contemporary 2022) and a two time Gluck Community Service Fellowship recipient.
