A highly skilled and technically trained young female dancer is needed to serve as the body double for a lead actress in a dance scene for a feature film.
Age range: 6-10 years old.
Look: Blonde hair with pale features. Height: Approximately 3'11. Should be open to potentially dying hair platinum blonde.
Classical and contemporary training is mandatory. Learning advanced choreography is required.
Production will prioritize union ( ACTRA ) and Canadian talent, but is open to non-union and international submissions. Travel and accomodation will be provided if necessary.

Character Description: The Fae Child is a princess of the Faerie world, and is the guide to the mortals who wander through it. In the story, she befriends the hero “The Knight”, and helps him restore the lost human prince to the throne. She is graceful, delicate and has elfin features.

ACTRA Scale.
$108 CAD per hr, plus 25% residual buyout for all on-camera shoot days only. Rehearsal time is based on the hourly (no buyout).
Additional Notes:
One guardian is needed to be with the performer on set at all times. If the work week has more than 3 days, there are tutoring requirements.
We will need a permission letter from the parent, and a CV for the performer (if they are non-union)
