  • Experienced and versatile Male identifying or presenting dancers for 2022/23 Season.
  • Dancers must have a strong background in classical ballet and contemporary dance.
  • Experience in improvisation and the creative process is required.
  • Successful candidates will be expected to participate in all aspects of production, including rehearsals, performances, and outreach programs.
  • Dancers must be willing to relocate to Aspen, Colorado for the duration of the season.
  • Auditions will be held in person and/or virtually, with details to be provided upon application.

Project Description:
  • DanceAspen was founded as a way to keep dance alive in Aspen after the global pandemic tore through the dance community worldwide. It was established to create space for the artists to continue honing their craft and share their passion with the community. Since the formation of DanceAspen in 2021, the company has made leaps and bounds in becoming an integral part of the arts community in Aspen and the greater dance community abroad. DanceAspen’s repertoire includes works by esteemed choreographers from around the globe including Danielle Rowe, Penny Saunders, Yue Yin, Sebastian Kloborg, and more. The company also provides opportunities for its company artists to grow through choreography and collaboration, fostering the next generation of choreographers and creators.
