Materials: All materials captured during session day(s) (inclusive of any cutdowns, edits, versions, screengrabs/stills pulled from the assets) including, but not limited to, commercials and films. Advertiser/Agency shall have the right to take still photos of Performer at any Shoot Day and use stills shot during the Shoot Day and stills lifted from footage of me in the Materials.
Media: Broadcast, CTV/OLV, Internet, New Media (including Affiliate, Social, Paid Digital, DOOH, etc.), Events, PR/Awards, Industrial, and Archival.
Territory: North America for Broadcast. Worldwide for all other Media.
Term: One (1) year from the first authorized public use date. Perpetual worldwide rights for non-paid social, internal, PR/Awards, and Archival.
Option Term: The client shall have the option to extend the Term for an additional one (1) year period at +10% of the Initial Usage Fee
