USAGE: The Licensor grants the brand and its affiliates, including Curiouser Products, Inc. (affiliate that owns MIRROR), a fully paid-up, exclusive, absolute and unrestricted world-wide royalty-free right and license to use, modify, copy and publish and sublicense the such ability to use, modify and publish, the recognizable Licensed Material or portions thereof, in their original or any modified form, for the promotion, advertising, marketing and research of the brand and its affiliates’ products, brand and activities as follows (collectively, the “Rights”):
Medium: Digital (online platforms, including email, website, online paid social, all social media channels) retail (in-store) PR (gifted imagery via lookbook and seeding from PR to use to promote the brand in external media, influencers, and ambassadors). Images and video are not to be used for billboards, packaging, or television without negotiation.
Exclusive License Term: Twelve (12) months from the date each Licensed Material is first used (“Use Term”)
Territory: Global
Post License Term: the brand and its licensees will not be required to remove, cease publishing, alter, or stop using any materials containing the Licensed Materials that were created within the Use Term
Post License Restrictions: The Licensor will not license Licensed Material to apparel, wellness, or footwear companies for 2 years post-term
