Term: From the 1st date of public use anywhere in the World: 6 Months Broadcast TV & Cinema Media. 1 Year Industrial/Retail/POS, Print/Press, and Digital Medias. PR, Internal, and Archival in perpetuity* (*pending celebrity and music rights). Media: All media including without limit. Broadcast + Cinema: All forms of Broadcast TV incl without limit terrestrial & satellite, VOD, CTV, OTT, and Cinema. Industrial / Retail/ POS: All forms of non-broadcast industrial media moving and still including without limit Out-of-Home (OOH) including but not limited to posters, billboards, transit and mega sites, bus stops, public transportation vehicles, stadiums, stations, and airports, all forms of Promotion/Retail/POS, catalogues, in-store magazines, brochures, in-store posters, graphics, manuals, direct marketing, direct mailings, videos, events, giveaways, samples, wobblers, promotional packs, displays and floor stickers, i.e. any material used to promote at the point of sale and in partner gyms including but not limited to store windows. Print/ Press: All press including but not limited to magazines and newspapers. Digital: All Digital/Interactive Media including but not limited to Internet, social media platforms, banners, videos, web and services like E-commerce, online advertising, apps, in-mobile and other interactive and digital media including those not yet invented. PR: All Public Relations activities by the brand and/or Agency in any media, including but not limited to press releases, press conferences, sponsoring activities, advertorials, onsite event materials, videos and any editorial articles. Internal + Archival: All Internal Communications and adidas archives, showreels and self-promotion by adidas and/or Agency including awards and case studies, Corporate Communications including compilation films and any posts on social media channels/websites provided the images were placed on such social media channels/websites during the Term. Exclusivity: Competitor footwear brands, including but not limited to, Nike, Air Jordan, Kith, Puma, Converse, Vans, Reebok, Fila, Under Armour, Balenciaga, etc., OPTIONS: 1. Additional consecutive one (1) year of PRINT/PRESS and DIGITAL media for 50% of initial Buyout Fee. 2. Additional consecutive one (1) year of INDUSTRIAL/RETAIL/POS media for 50% of initial Buyout Fee. 3. Additional consecutive six (6) months of Broadcast TV & Cinema in the Territory for 50% of initial Buyout Fee.
