USAGE: Term: Five (5) years from first use date Stills and light motion.Media: Unlimited worldwide use including channel third-party advertising for Client’s products and services. (Channel advertising is marketing material created for Client-licensed third-party retailers such as Best Buy, Target, etc. Channel advertising can be, but is not limited to, in-store signage, coupons, outdoor/OOH, bus shelters, billboards, etc.). Client may use, and may make available to third parties, all produced work for public relations purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter invented. Client shall have no obligation to retrieve, withdraw, or retire materials that were used or released as authorized by this Agreement during the Term (including but not limited to materials included in Client’s software), provided that Client shall not authorize any new use of the materials after the expiration of the Term. EXCLUSIONS: Client purchased print, outdoor and broadcast advertising. If booked as a hand model usage will be unlimited, worldwide, in perpetuity.
