June 19th / June 20th - Second Rehearsal
June 26th - Fitting
June 27th - Video Shoot
June 28th - Stills Shoot

Rates:

Session Fee: $500 USD/day.
Guarantee(or Usage) Fee: $4,000 USD
Rehearsal & Pre-light: $500 USD/day
Fitting: $75 USD/hour
Option for broadcast: $5,000 USD
Option for print/OOH: $5,000 USD

Usage: Motion + Stills (non broadcast). Term: 5 years, Worldwide.
