CASTING NOTICE

Female-identifying or female-presenting dancers/models

Age Range: 50-70 years old

Ethnicity: Latina, Black, and Caucasian

All talent must work as a Los Angeles local

Between October 23 - November 1, 2023. Exact dates TBC.

Likely one or two shoot days per campaign.

Ranges between $3,000 - $5,000 USD + 20% per day.

Usage - Territory: Worldwide.

Media: In all forms of media and types of advertising and promotion, whether now existing or later developed, including but not limited to: consumer and trade print (retailer co-op, mailers and mailing inserts of the type customarily used for so-called “prestige” products); internet (static, streaming, and downloading (including, but not limited to, Brand branded websites, websites of Products, websites and social media pages of Products retailers, Brand branded social media (Facebook, Tumblr, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Line, WeChat, Snapchat, Periscope, etc., and related promotional posts), VOD, and all other digital technology); digital media advertising; email; mobile (including mobile applications); interactive online tools; event collateral; mall signage; transit; outdoor advertising, including but not limited to outdoor billboards and kiosks; collateral materials for point of purchase / in store; catalogs; video; internal company materials; sales training materials; public relations / press interview kits; behind-the-scenes footage; behind-the-scenes photographs.

erm: One year. The Term shall begin upon the date of Brand’s first use in advertising of the Materials anywhere (“Date of First Use”) and Brand’s rights to use the Materials shall continue for the duration of the Term. Brand shall have the right to stagger its launch of the Materials in countries throughout the Territory and to continue to use the Materials for the duration of the Term in each country in the Territory provided that such staggered launch begins within six (6) months of the Date of First Use. In the event that a launch in a country commences more than six (6) months after the Date of First Use, the Brand’s right to use the Materials in that country shall commence as though the launch began six (6) months after the Date of First Use and shall terminate at the end of the Term. Option to renew for a second and third year.
